I've had problems in the past trying to get texts to change my address and to get registration texts for Priority but I've not needed any texts recently tbh.

Delays this morning on texts to get the code to sign in to O2 priority - they eventually came through when I turned off the WiFi briefly.
Other texts were coming through almost instantaneously.
Something cramping O2's ability to send them in a timely manner, I'd guess...
