Hi I'm in New Zealand having set up a bolt on in the UK.  Due to my bank card being stopped in Error I've had to make many phone calls to my bank running up a large bill.  Now 02 have cut of my services because I can't pay it because I have no Bank card.  A friend in the UK has tried to pay in a store and over the phone with no success.  There is no chat on line service here or looking at the website anywhere to email direct questions.  I am appalled by this service as I'm travelling alone with my disabled daughter.  Does anyone have any ideas

Hi @nz1

In the interim, you might be better off buying a cheap phone in NZ with a local  PAYG sim.

At least that way you could keep in touch with friends and family until this mess is sorted out. Using WiFi where possible ie  Messenger and Whatsapp.

Best of luck, I hope it's sorted soon and welcome to the forum Welcome.
