hi can anyone indicate how you transform my nano sim into eSim? I am currently in another country and I cannot go to an o2 shop physically ... thank you all for any response

It can't be done, you need to order an esim pack from O2 to your UK address.

With EE, you just scan a barcode they email to you, but nothing is ever as easy with O2 is it........
