transferring number to O2

Justmoved to O2. I am transferring my number. I have supplied the PAC code and the old SIM now shows as disconnected. New sim also shows as disconnected. How long should this take to change over?

Last one I did was 4 hours from start to finish.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
