transfer rewards balance to pay monthly

I moved from pay as you go to pay monthly at the start of january and was told i would have my rewards balance carried over, its not been on any of my bills (just got the 3rd) i have been on webchat and will just keep getting passsed between pay and go and monthly departments or promised on my next bil each month, i got fed up of being tranfered on webchat so phoned last month and was told it would be on this months bill and again it hasnt, how do i get this credit?

Webchat is useless. I know you said you phoned, but try phoning on 202 again. You may get lucky and find someone who will help you.

I didn't know you could transfer rewards balances - just credit....?

I added my rewards balance againgst my contract bill when I moved over.

It took a few months & a couple of phone calls, but it did happen.

 

I transferred my old number but didn't fill in any form other than the contract as far as I remember.

I believe the rewards will show on the fourth bill.

As long as you've kept your pay and go number heres how it works : Credit on pay and go comes of your balance on your first bill. Any rewards on your pay and go number will be credited to your forth monthly bill.
