Hi, i just got my o2 sim today and have put it into another mobile at the moment, the reason being is that when i joined o2 ( 1OTH aPRIL ) i asked them to transfer my own mobile number over and issued them with my PAC code . how do i now proceed NOW that i have the sim ? thanks in advance

customer services are only dealing with theft and fraud i believe at the moment ,

I would love to know the answer to this as I'm ion the same boat. I also would like to know why I'm charged from the day i signed up when i only got my sim card yesterday
