If it's lost you should report it Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it
Just be aware once you report it lost O2 will bar it and if you find it later then you will have to ring customer services to lift the bar.

I think that's best @Jaysolan . Though just remember if it is lost you should report it within 24 hrs otherwise you will be liable for any costs incurred if it has been found and used by someone else.

I don't know any way of tracking a phone if it's switched off or the battery is flat. No signal no tracking.
