Hi There, 

 

i been away almost 3 years, and i still had my old mobile no for whatsap, but apparently my no has been block, can use back my old no..bill already been paid..and i got my new no..but i dont like cos most of my friend know my old no...

Hi @DNB your number will have most likely been deactivated & reallocated if it’s been 3 years since you last used it. Sorry to say but it will be lost now

Call your old number and if it is disconnected call customer services to ask for it back. If someone answers it means it's been reallocated so there's no chance.
