I've tried claiming but I don't have any digital proof of the date I bought my S20, I've asked o2 a number of times to send me proof but I never get it

You can download your order from the orders page in your MyO2 and save it as a PDF.

Samsung are accepting these as proofs of purchase and pre-order.
