I am continually receiving texts messages saying that O2 failed to take money from my account, also to process my latest bill, in order to avoid fees need to update information.

The money for the bill went out 2 weeks ago, does anyone have the same problems?

I cannot get through to O2  to discuss further.

It's a well known scam.

Block the number and do not follow any links.

Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

Thank you. The problem is they send a message from a different number each time. I’ve blocked each one and forwarded it. But whoever is sending them is intent on sending me more 🤷🏻‍♀️
