text message unpaid bill

Received a text message from mobile number talking about we re unable to process your latest bill Update payment information and has a link, I think its a scam. The mobile number it was sent from was +44 7862 393 795. Anyone have this problem ? I do not know if its genuine, but I doubt it.

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

yep i have had one too  from +447385566292 blocking the number , and reporting it , thank heavens you lot on here i have tried to ring 02 but nothing i know its a very testing time  and i understand , but if there could be some one on the other line  working from home it would be good .

Hi I have received a message saying payment not gone through contact bank or click on link to update but have checked on my o2 app it has been paid the number is 07552 596 522 I have deleted and blocked
