text and web tariff....upgrade

Hi, I upgraded my handset a few weeks ago and purchased the £10 airtime (since been told this wasnt needed..ggrrrr) which the man in the shop told me must be purchased, he then put the top-up on the new sim so I had to get it transfered to my old sim/number which i want to keep but I havent recieved my free text n web this month even tho I have topped up this month....why???

Presuming you have reached your anniversary date for your new allowance, only customer service can check your account. You may find webchat open now to query this.
