Hi
how is everyone finding the customer service at the moment?
I spend 40 mins before i got through to someone, trying to obtain my PAC code, but because my accounts inst set up properly, i cant access the my02 app, apparently i also don't have a registered email address, even though i get emails from 02, so, i cant leave 02 as my account isn't setup properly
got passed onto customer services and currently on hold for another 30 mins without speaking to anyone......
i've tried obtaining my PAC code via the website without success and as i have 2 numbers on the account, i cant get it via a text..........
terrible service...........

find got though after 1 hour 40 mins only to be told theres a problem accessing customers accounts and to phone back tomorrow
