Hello. We're getting in touch to let you know that you're currently out of your minimum contract term and your monthly Airtime Plan is £26.64*, this excludes any current discounts you may have.
You can choose to stay on the same tariff, move to another tariff or switch to another provider.

I am currently paying £10.86 every month after discount. I was transferred from VM to o2. Does this text mean my monthly bill will be going up to £26.64? 

please let me know what i should do as this is a steep jump

Sounds like you where on a tariff that included discounts that Virgin have offered and the true cost of your tariff is been shown. 


And it does say it excludes any discounts, and it doesn't say anything is changing...
