Hey, I redeemed £10 from my o2 rewards and tried to get my monthly tariff but it keeps saying I dont have a tarff or that i have a tariff that can't be shown. What to do?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Check in your myo2 app and through the link at the top of this forum to see what tariff your on it if you need to choose one.

Or ring 4444 and choose one.
