can someone help me, have tried to contact o2 about my bill as have just gone onto contract , was told it would be £11.00 per month but it has come in at £11.36 for the last 2 months....please can someone tell me why? I know its not much but if it is for 12 months and done to everyone think of the money.

 have had a pay and go phone for at least 15 years with no problems.looks like i will have to go back to the shop as can't contact o2 any other way.help..
