The 202 number is not giving me the option to actually speak to a human being regarding my messed up crazy bill, how do I get to talk to said human being, this is hugely frustrating, plus I have had a shocking experience trying to speak to a customer representative when I finally got through last week, with so much noise and chatter in the call centre
