switching off o2 voicemail

how do you switch off o2 voicemail i have tried 1760 and ringing up customer services to no avail it's still on and irritating the hell out of me does anybody know an easy way ??

1760 disables voicemail but if you have the TuGo app you cannot disable voicemail by default.

If you don't have the app try dialling ##002# which should cancel all diverts including voicemail.
