hello dear comunity,

I want to switch my pay monthly contract to pay as you go. I'm abroad at the moment for a while so I'm not allowed to call 202.

Which number to call to get this done or what other method can I use?

Many thanks.

@Rador

You need to contact O2. You can use Skype to call.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Rador Be aware that Pay & Go and Pay Monthly sims are different, so when you switch you will be sent a new sim card. For security reasons O2 will only send it to your home address. You will not be able to receive it wherever you are abroad unless there's someone at your home address who can activate it and send it to you, and sending a live sim through the post abroad is not a good idea.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
