swap contract

Hello, i have changed my contract from Businness to a normal one, but now i get charged for both.. how can i close the businness contract? Thank you

When did you change your Business Account to a Consumer one, as it could be that you are being charged pro rata'd for both.

Also if you bought a new Consumer Contract separately you will need to contact 8002 and give notice on your business contract and pay any fees due.

  @madasaf1sh  thank you, i though the notice was automatic when i did swicht contract (20ish Oct ), or at least, that was what i understood. i will try to call them again. Thanks again
