I bought a new phone with an O2 sim I tried to put my O2 sim from my original phone into the new one but it won't accept it and I have a monthly bolt on on the original sim

Can you say which phone and your exact tariff i.e. Payg classic or a pay monthly sim only etc ? Is the sim a different size ?
