I've had £3 per week taken and it was 10 weeks until I noticed! Phoned the company and they insist I've authorised it by sending them a PIN number which I didn't. Point blank refused to refund any money!

They claim their service is to advise on 'personal trainers' !

O2 can only block further payments and if I were to complain to Bonafide via email I would be giving them more information about myself. Currently all they have is my phone number!

Total SCAM. Keep a close eye on your phone bills!

Hello Rich. I have the same issue. Did you manage to stop the payments? Get a refund? I'm told you can text STOP to 83463 to stop subscriptions. Thanks

Fraud .... when you contact they don’t discuss how you have subscribed their service discussing refund is almost impossible they will not attend your call when you call them second time

best way is talk to you mobile company and ask for a refund.

thanks to O2 I got my refund

I'm trying to find out how mobile broadband works. Can other devices e.g. laptop be connected through it? Can I switch from mobile data? I can't get through to O2 to speak to anyone.

@Joyjoyjoy

Yes, that's the point of mobile broadband.

Other devices connect to it to use data.
