Have you not claimed for the accident that wasn't your fault yet? You could be owed thousands!

A lot of text of this nature are verification companies. They send out all manner of text about various stuff. The most common request is for you to send a text saying stop! if you dont want to recieve anymore offers etc. A reply just confirms to them that the phone number is still active and in use, they can then sell verified numbers on to marketing companies and the list of numbers or worth more since they have been verified as active numbers.
Delete anything like this, any reply from your phone will escalate the hassle you will get.

This is the best answer do not just delete the sms forward it before deleting then all the mobile companies can gather the data and block the numbers used.
Also the ico has a form to fill in and they will trace the companies and can hand out fines.
