stolen sim active

i gott 4 pay monthly sims but am only using 1 i went into shop and they said yes there is only the one your using active now just 2 mins ago its saying 2 are active they went missing when we were clearing out my mothers belonging after her death

@davieboiAlthough you aren't using them, they are actually lost so you should report them.(Particularly as 1 has become active according to your post)

If there is one active and you don't have it in your possession then you need to report it lost immediately.

@davieboi You must report the ones that are missing as soon as you can. If you don't, you will be responsible for any charges related to those missing sims.
