What if the issue is with your phone and not with O2's network, @rickyfoxy?

Here is how to check: Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

And if your phone is capable, you can flip to WiFi calling off your home WiFi signal: https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

O2 never guarantee 100% coverage 24/7, as your mobile terms of service indicate. Good luck with the career!

There are lots of reasons for no service. Coverage is never guaranteed.

Have a look at these and see it they help

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

BTW this is a community of customers and not O2

You could message O2 on

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB)

(https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
