You signed up to spotify and chose to pay by charge to phone bill, im assuming via Google Play..

You will need to contact Spotify to cancel the charge, if you go into Google Play and then account you will see your subscriptions.

After the free first month you get charged unless you tell them you want to cancel.
You can cancel in the Spotify app too I think.
