I've got an account with 3 phones, all paid for from the same bank acount.

we would like to split one of the phones off to be paid from a separate account, without effecting the remaining 2 phones

can this be done?

thank you 🙂

I don't think so without paying it off and starting a new contract, but call customer services on 202 to check.

I assume you'd have to pay off the one you want to split then start a new contract for it

I had the option of removing a phone in My O2 but if it's not there for you then only customer service can help.

Hi @philboz how are you doing? Did you manage to split one of the phones from the account in the end?
