How in gods creation do you actually speak to a clued up human any more and not some automated message circle jerk or broken A.I bot nonsense.

This company has slid so down the hill it's at the bottom of the ocean!

Well, if you want to speak then ringing 202 is your option. Try it just after 8am to avoid a long wait.

You will speak to a human but whether or not they will be clued up is in the hands of the gods.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

202 either ends up with you on hold for 1hr then just disconnects you or , you end up going into the menu loop of hell which , eventually leads you to disconnection of hold hell.

I went to a store today and the poor staff looked like they'd had enough with the line of complaining customers in front of me. Did feel sorry for them tbh.

As I said, call just after opening.for the best chance

As we are just customers here and all you can do is refer you back unless you have a problem with which  we may be able to help.
