spanish number

Hello, my sister lives in spain, she arrived in the UK today with her phone that has a spanish number, if i call her or text her will it cost me, i get free call and texts. thank you

Just so you completely understand, if your sister is using her Spanish sim in her phone, she is not "locked" onto a UK network. She is "roaming" on UK networks that her Spanish provider has agreements with here in the UK. Not only will it cost you to call her, it will cost her the international rate from Spain to call you. Her call or text will go through the UK network, back to Spain, and then back to the UK network.
