are they inclusive of allowance on pay monthly ?

Hi, not sure about Serbia, but to Croatia there are some good offers, still not in EU but so many europeans going there so heard about offers from couple EU o2. I was calling to Serbia on mobile and it cost me 10p per minute. Try one of the international Bolt ons or call 202 they will tell you exactly depends on your tarif. But txt be better over some websites which is usualy free from their local network.
