Hi,
Having issues replying to a text sent from a friend in Czech Republic, its; coming back as failed to send with message details error code 8.
I've checked the message centre and its using the correct one for pay monthly.
I have the international code +420 for czech
I seem to be able to send messages within the UK without issue.
Are there any other settings I should check, or is this a problem at their end?

Do you have a Spend cap on your account? This could be preventing you from making chargable text messages. You can check by Logging onto My O2- Manage you account - View you Bolt Ons.

Thanks Stacey, I have a pay monthly spend cap with plenty of data left and unlimited text messages. I've sent and received texts since then within the UK without issue. It just seems to be international
SMS thats the issue.

It sounds like a zero spend cap which isn't allowing international texts
