simplicity took my money but i havnt got my texts

i changed my tariff to simplity (£10 one) i got a text saying that i have unlimited texts and 100 free minutes to use before october 31st and they have debited £10 from my balence. but its still costing me when i text people
so why havnt i got my unlimited texts yet?????
please help thx 😞

You get free customer services on pay n go simplicity. So call 4445 and ask them they should resolve this for you.

it shouldnt do Yasminee it was just a one of mistake by them i think i emailed them and they sorted it out for me and now its working fine. if you ever want to email them just type in support O2 on google slight_smile
