I tried to changemy Pay as you Go tarrif from Simplicity no allowance to Simplicity unlimited texts - I was then met with a page saying that my tarrif will change on the 25th of April 2023? It was the same last night too. I'm guessing this is just a glitch gone wrong?

Update: I accepted the change over anyway even with that glitch to see what happens - I got a text around 10mins later saying that my tariff is changed & I now have unlim texts yay!
Just a heads up to tech support though to maybe give it a wee check out though since maybe theres others not getting it due to the glitch

I think it's normally takes up to 48 hours to change over. If you don't see a change I'd advise calling CS as somthing may be wrong with the account.

Seems that any 'glitches' have to be reported by customers or forum members. A touch too much Christmas 'spirit' possibly for the programmer!
