simplicity 1 month - high st vs in store

Hi today I took out a simplicity 20 1 month contract in store. Later someone said you get free o2 to o2 calls. I dont that is only online. Do i need to cancel the contract and take out a new one online just to get this?

if you ever get a simplicity deal your better to get it online that way you get more for your money i think stores are there to sell you a phone.

yeah, i think your right, is there anyway the free o2 to o2 calls will be added on? maybe if i ask for a pac code or something and explain... i dunno

You'll need to call and speak to retentions who will be able to move you onto the online tariff.
Just ring 202 and choose the options for 'thinking of leaving us'.
