my contract ended. I want to keep the phone and just have sim only, I only need 4GB. the tariffs Im offered are all £20 + but sim only is £10 - what is the difference? and how do I just change to sim only

You need to upgrade via myo2 or via the sales team @griff1 

 

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

You need to upgrade to a sim only in your MyO2..
