Solved: sim swap

Hi i have a new sim on the way as my sim now is not a 5g sim but an hour after speaking with o2 my old sim i have now has stop work and i have emergency call only is there anything i can do utill my new one comes thanks

You'll need to ask O2 to reactivate your old sim until you can do a sim swap.
