Hi all. my 24 month contract ends in october 13 but i got the one month upgrade so i ordered a samsung galaxy s4 REFURB phone on another 24 month contract yesterday and it arrived today. i was confused when i was reading about the sim swap information. i put my new sim in my phone before doing anything but it appeared that there was no network ect on it, so i put in my old sim and tried to do the sim swap from that phone, as i dont know the number of my new sim so i thought that i would have to put my old sim in and do the sim swap via that sim. at the moment i am using my old sim in my new phone as its still in contract for the next month, am just wondering what do i need to do exactly ? have i done it right? any info would be great x
