Hi
Is anyone experiencing this issue, recently moved my number from tesco to 02, for the last 24 hours I've had no service on any sim card and when you call the number it says the number you have called has no been recognised, I'm also getting a notification at the top of the screen saying sim not provisioned, this comes and goes.

The sim swap process will not help you here.
You need to contact O2.

I've been into store and they've done a sim swap said it would take an hour made no difference and customer service have no idea and say the numbers gone across, having no luck at all

Thanks for the reply it's been done a few times, makes no difference. O2 are also at a loss, having to cancel the contract

I've seen that @O2Jonathan was able to fix this last week for someone else, but I'm unsure what the fix was
