Solved: sim card

You recently sent me a replacement sim and its now lost in the post. Someone could be using it how would I know?

O2 don't send activated SIMs in the post for that very reason. It has to be activated when you receive it and have your details copied over to it.

You normally need to activate the sim.

If it's lost you would hve reported it to O2 and it would have been blocked anyway.

Check if there has been any usage in My O2.
