Ive just upgraded to an iPhone 11. I used same number on a new sim card. Why cant I get an O2 signal.

If you upgraded then you should be able to use your old sim card.
Try that and see if it works @mark58

@mark58  I agree with @gmarkj. If you want to use the new sim you need to swap your details onto it:
