Hi, today I changed my phone and I have all new sim card (I lost my previous phone). I left my old phone number but after putting the sim in the device I can't make calls or answer the phones. What should I do?

@ewakonieczna What do you mean you 'left' your old phone number?  You need to speak to customer service. Use Skype to call: Guide: A Guide to Skype
Call 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402 from any phone.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:

If you reported the phone lost and was sent a new sim card you need to contact customer service to have the restriction on your account removed

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
