when i signed my contract I was old my first bill would be £29, then £16 from second month.....
my first bill was £58 and my second one is £29, I have been misled in a big way, how do I sort this with going down the legal route

Maybe they meant for your tariff to be that price. Maybe the additional charges could have occured in calls or messages? Check your MyO2 for a breakdown of the charges. Or I would give Customer Service a call to ask on 202 FREE from your Pay Monthly mobile or 0844 809 0202 5p per min from landline.
