signed up for 02 sim only threw aerial direct cant find my account on 02

hi everyone need some advice i started a sim only account threw aerial direct switching from vodafone ive registered my number on the website but it says i dont have any accounts with them i chatted online but i got disconnected but they said my number  is a business number but mines is personal i dont own a business will this effect me in anyway and how do i find my account thanks

I phoned 02 said they can't do much to contact aerial which i did said its just the tariff name and my contract is only 24 months said i get a discount paid into my account from them each month of 8 pound as 02 take out 18 im really worried about all this
