signal

Hi,

hope someone can help me out here.

I've been having problems with phone signal ever since I moved into my new house, I currently live in a little village, but have no problems with phone signal while walking around the village, the problem comes when I go into my house, there is no phone signal unless I put my phone next to the front door or front window.

How do I solve this problem?

Thank you for any help.

Depending on which phone you have, you can download an app called TuGo, which will enable you to use WiFi to make calls and send texts indoors using what your allowance is on your tariff. It's only available on Pay Monthly. http://www.o2.co.uk/tugo/want-it#get_it

In theory, yes. The app is far from perfect, and if you do a search you will see that some people have problems, but as your reception indoors is so poor, it's certainly worth a try.

No. Not unless you're a business customer.

I presume that means you are Pay and Go. If so, I'm sorry to say you're out of luck. As far as I'm aware, the only network that offers boost boxes is Vodafone, but I wouldn't know if you had to be a contract customer or not.

You might get a better signal on another network, but no network will guarantee a signal indoors.

They are available to Vodafone PAYG customers and can be bought off their website, look for SureSignal. Your broadband has to be at least 1 Mbps
