Solved: shortcode 34060012 - unexpected charges

Hi - my son has just got a new iPhone is now being charged £3.75 every week by shortcode 34060012. He has no idea who this is & how to stop it. Any help please? The charge occurs every 7 days

Look up the number on http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/ there should be a contact number to call to get it stopped.

If no trace, there is advice on what else you can do.
