Yes I always feel sympathy when people have a problem and tell us about their various ailments and ills and how their phone is their one and only lifeline, but if they believe revealing it to the world on here is going to get their phone working again any sooner, or give them any priority over anyone else, they're very mistaken.
As a heating engineer my most frequent arm twister was the mother who believed their baby just home from hospital would die if the heating wasn't fixed within an hour.
I ignored them and dealt with calls strictly in the order they came in and no babies died!
