All my text messages sent from here in UK to Philippines are "not delivered" - I have paid for a lot of text use. How can I fix this please?

Check that the number has the correct prefix.
Try saving the number as a contact and starting a new conversation.
Call customer services and ask if you have an international bar on your account, and if you have a spend cap.
There are some tips on the below guide. Have a look and see if any help:

@Villan

What network are you trying to text in the Philippines?, also as gmarkj says check you are using the +63 prefix and the very long PH mobile numbers 🙂

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Thank you- I thought I just responded but it has disappeared.
I need to go away and work my way through the guide you link to.
Yes, I am using +63 prefix.
O2 customer services seem to be taking only "emergency" calls at the moment.
This is not only one number, and seems that both "Globe" and "Smart" Ph networks are probably involved (not very sure about this)
