Your handset is locked to EE, so you will need to contact EE on 150 from the EE simcard or 0800 956 6000
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

You just need to contact EE to unlock your phone, then its unlocked for all networks.

The reason it is locked is down to EE and how they sell / used to sell handsets.
