scam messages

hi, i have been having problems with my bills, usually 15 a month now 90.

some calls have been made to jamaica and text messages from a quiz that i have been reciving for months on end (i have stopped now) how do i get my moie back for this. the messages always said click here to take this quiz so obviouly i never clicked anything and just deleted not knowing the whole time i was being charged. i got hold of the company and they said they would call me back and now not answering.
