same tariff ... new phone ...

just checking my thinking is correct......

I am on PAYG on an old legacy tariff that suits me just fine (text and web).

If I get a new phone (unlocked), can I just use my old SIM in my new phone, and keep old number and old tariff?

And if my new phone needs a SIM of a different size, I would ask O2 for a new SIM and to transfer old number and old tariff across?

Am I right?  Really don't want to lose old tariff (or rather, if I have to, O2 will lose my custom)

With all legacy tariffs, once you change you won't be allowed back on the old tariffs so you are quite right to check. I still have text & web on a pay and go sim.
